Eagles 4 Preschool

Mission Statement

School Readiness operates under the philosophy of providing a developmentally appropriate preschool experience. The program is based on the idea that all children can learn the skills to be successful in school, that each child learns at his/her own rate, and that success in learning will develop the child’s self-image. School Readiness Recognizes that family is the educational base for learning and strives to meet the needs of the whole family through referrals, collaborations, and parent education.

Learning Opportunities

We are excited to offer our students a new outdoor learning center which will feature raised-bed gardens, a loose parts area designed to promote engineering and creativity, and much more. We will also have access to a gym, media center, and a SMART Pre-K room with our preschool classes.

Do Eagles 4 Preschools go on any field trips?

Since 1993, New Ulm Public School Preschools have made monthly visits to Oak HIlls Living Center. One class visits the assisted living residents and the other class visits the nursing home residents.

During the visits, the students do an art project with the seniors, have a snack with them, and sing songs to them. The students give the residents big hugs before they leave.

Oak Hills Living Center funds transportation for half of our visits!
