Qualifying may provide access to benefits such as: • Reduced athletic and activity fees • Preschool tuition discounts • ACT, SAT, and possible AP test fee waivers • Reduced or waived college application fees • Discounts through participating community organizations, such as Park & Rec and United Way • Potential savings on phone, internet, and utility costs • Automatic enrollment in the MN SUN Bucks summer food benefit IMPORTANT: Complete Both Steps 1. 2. Submit the Application for Educational Benefits. Available through the Campus Parent Portal or download the packet on the NUPS website or pick up an application at any school office. Sign the “Release of Information/Confidentiality Waiver.” The waiver gives the school permission to share your eligibility with the appropriate school departments and participating organizations. Without this permission, your child may qualify but your family could still be charged full-price activity or athletic fees. Already applied or need to sign the waiver? To obtain the Release of Information/Confidentiality Waiver, contact the District Office or any school office. If you have already submitted your application and/or waiver but are still being charged full-price fees, please contact the District Office to confirm that your paperwork has been received and processed.
